Estimated Delivery Times:

  • US and Canada: 5–16 days*
  • Australia and New Zealand: 7–19 days*
  • Europe: 9–17 days*
  • Saudi Arabia: 8–12 days*
  • Latin America: 10–25 days*
  • Africa: 10–25 days*
  • Other countries: 14–30 days
  • During Peak Season: 20–40 days

*Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery might take longer due to factors like customs delays, bad weather, or other unexpected circumstances.

Special Shipping Considerations:

  • We are unable to ship to countries on the OFAC sanctions list (including the Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe).
  • Delivery to some remote areas might take a bit longer, but we promise to get your order to you!

Additional Charges:

  • Keep in mind that import duties and other additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are your responsibility.

Order Confirmation:

  • After your payment is processed, we'll send a confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. Once you receive this email, your order will start being processed.

Processing Time:

  • It typically takes 1-4 business days to prepare your order for shipping. This includes checking, packing, and handing off your items to the postal service. Once done, we'll email you the tracking number.

Orders Over the Weekend:

  • Orders placed after 11:45 am CST on Friday, or during the weekend, will be shipped the following week.

Payment Information:

  • All payments are processed in USD at the time of purchase. If you're paying in a currency other than USD, your bank will handle the currency conversion.

Separate Shipments:

  • To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we sometimes send them in separate shipments. If your order is sent in multiple parts, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Order Cancellation and Changes:

  • You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it. Just email us any time at info@inspodesk.com—we're here to help 24/7!
  • After 12 hours, we might not be able to make changes or cancel your order as it could already be in production. In cases where cancellation is still possible, a 15% fee will be charged to cover costs incurred.
