RETURNS & REFUND

Easy Return Guidelines:

  • 7-Day Return Window: You have a full 7 days from the date you receive your product to decide if it's right for you. Please note that after this period, we are unable to accept returns.
  • Condition for Returns: We ask that items be returned unused and in their original packaging to ensure they are eligible for a refund.

    How do I initiate a return?

    • Get in touch: To start the return process, simply email us at info@inspodesk.com with your name, order number, the item you wish to return, and why you’d like to return it. We’re here to help every step of the way.
    • Inspection and Notification: Once we receive your returned item, we will carefully inspect it and notify you about whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
    • Refund Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed right away, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few days, depending on your bank.
    • Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please bear in mind that the photo may be slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display. Every once in a while, an issue may occur with an order. We are all only humans! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace or refund the item.

      Addressing Order Issues:

      • Our Commitment: If the error is on our end (faulty product or wrong item), we'll replace or refund the item.

      • Customer Responsibility: Issues like incorrect address input are the customer's responsibility, and such cases aren’t eligible for a refund.


        Exchange Process:

        If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all, please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us! We are happy to replace or exchange any items that we missed the mark on.

        Please follow these instructions for the return request:

        • Take a photo of the problem. If the problem is with the size, please use a ruler.
        • Send an email with the subject line “Order # “YourOrderNumber” Replacement Request” to info@inspodesk.com.
        • Please include the following:
        1. The photo(s)
        2. A specific description of the issue
        3. The Order Number

        Our support team will respond within 1 business day and Return Instruction will be provided.

        All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address listed.

         

        Order Modifications:

        • Change Requests: Email us ASAP for order changes. However, changes or refunds can’t be guaranteed once an order is processed or shipped.


          Defective or Damaged Items:

          • Our Assurance: Receive a free replacement or full refund for defective or damaged goods.


            Tracking Your Refund:

            • Refund Timeline: Check your bank or contact your credit card company, as refund posting can take time.
